![]() ![]() Overall, Edge is a nice browser but I hope it doesn't get "bloated" in the future. some settings must be changed in order to prevent some privacy issues (" Suggest similar sites when a website can't be found ", Show suggestions from Pinterest in Collections, Show me search and site suggestions using my typed characters etc.) Sending the Hardware ID is not quite privacy conscious (for example) some privacy issues regarding what browsing information is actually sent to MS. Microsoft Edge has been released by Microsoft to replace Internet Explorer and is now the default web browser of Microsoft Windows. forced Bing integration - search Bing in sidebar, startpage Bing search etc. the context menu should be customizable (it's becoming pretty large with features I don't use) collections - as above (I don't actually use it but seems like a nice feature) vertical tabs - i personally dont use this feature but it's a nice thing to have RAM usage is lower than Chrome / Firefox Installing websites as APPS is integrated with Windows pretty good - this combined with Startup Boost is neat! Supports Chrome extensions which is great ![]() Edge is the snappiest browser of all the Chromium / Gecko based browsers Startup Boost - this is great! The browser opens instantly with this option enabled. best scrolling out of all the browsers I have ever used - the scrolling is just. clearly the fastest out of all the Chromium / Gecko based browsers PC: i5 2500k, 8GB Ram, MX500 SSD, Windows 10 / 11 - latest updates ![]() After using Edge for a while I thought I'd share my honest review. ![]()
